1. Cancellation Policy
Initial Stage: You can cancel your order within 24 hours of payment for a full refund, provided the project kickoff meeting or work hasn’t started.
In-Progress Projects: If you wish to cancel after the project has started, a "Kill Fee" (usually 40% to 50% of the project value) will be charged to cover the man-hours already invested.
Service Termination: For monthly management or retainer services, a 15-day notice via email (info@vasudhaent.xyz) is required before the next billing cycle.
2. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital labor and non-tangible goods, we follow these guidelines:
Service Satisfaction: If you are not satisfied with the initial design/draft, we offer [3] rounds of free revisions. Refunds are not issued based on subjective taste after the work has been delivered.
Non-Refundable: Payments for domain registration, third-party software licenses are 100% non-refundable as these are paid to external vendors.
Completed Work: Once a website is live or a software/graphic/edidting file is delivered in final format, no refunds will be entertained.
Technical Failure: If we fail to deliver the promised service due to internal technical issues, a full or pro-rata refund will be issued.
3. Refund Processing
Request Method: All refund requests must be sent to info@vasudhaent.xyz with your order details and reason for the refund.
Approval: Our billing team will review the request and respond within 7 business days.
Timeline: Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment source within 10 to 15 working days, depending on your bank's policies.
4. Force Majeure
Vasudha Enterprises will not be liable for refunds in cases where service delivery is delayed due to factors beyond our control (e.g., server outages of global providers, internet shutdowns, or natural disasters).
